Sandra
L. Lavender is the Operations/Office Manager at Integrity Appraisals.
This entails running the office on a
daily basis and doing research for the appraisers.
Her background is in sales and marketing and she received her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 1995 from the University
of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. She
grew up in Orange Park, Florida which is a suburb of Jacksonville.
In 1996, she
moved to Orlando, Florida where she resided for 12 years and
worked for various companies in sales selling a variety of
different products including freight services, commercial printing,
golf,
electric forklift batteries, photography, and most recently
was a closing coordinator for a land developer. Sandra
joined the
Integrity Appraisal team in January 2009 and has enjoyed
her time here and she looks forward to a long career in
the appraisal industry. Sandra
was accustomed to visiting Blue Ridge as a
child as her mother’s family has owned property in
the area since 1949. It was always a dream to reside here
full
time
and when the opportunity came in May of 2008 she made the
move with
her 2 year old son from Orlando. Sandra enjoys spending time
with her son and creating new adventures with him, making
new friends, planning parties, photography, cooking, traveling,
outdoor and water activities. Sandra
