Ryan Norton

Ryan Norton is a Certified General Appraiser for Integrity Appraisals covering Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Prior to joining Integrity Appraisals, Ryan oversaw his own appraisal business, Norton Appraisals, based in McCaysville, GA. He was the Owner/Operator and performed numerous commercial & residential appraisals for banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, CPAs, developers, builders, and investors.

In March 2010, after rapid strong growth of his company, Ryan decided to merge with Integrity Appraisals.

Previous to entering the Appraisal field, Ryan worked in banking at SunTrust. He then joined United Community Bank (UCBI) as an "In-House Appraiser" of residential properties for the financial institution.

Ryan is a lifelong resident of the northeast Georgia mountains. He graduated in 1996 from Fannin County High. He currently lives in McCaysville, GA with his wife Holly and their two sons. Ryan is active in his church and his community. He serves as the choir director at Coletown Baptist Church as well as the Vice President of Copper Basin Ministerial Association. Ryan also has been officiating high school basketball & football for years.

Ryan is family oriented and enjoys being at home relaxing and spending quality time with his family.
