Brandy Lynch is one of our Georgia Licensed Residential Appraiser. She has a "Can Do" attitude and is a phenomenal problem solver, which makes her a great fit here at Integrity Appraisals.

Brandy has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 14 years and currently is a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker in Blue Ridge, Georgia. She started out in 1996 as a Prudential Real Estate Agent in Marietta, Georgia and continued as an Independent contractor.

Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and she worked in the field for 2+ years.

Brandy resides on the lake in Blue Ridge with her wonderful husband and their three bright children. Together, they enjoy their favorite hobbies like mountain biking, knee boarding, and wakeboarding. Brandy and her husband also run several races each year.
