William
R. Doyle has enjoyed
an extended real estate appraising career dating back to the
days of the “Keating Five,” our first round of an
extraordinary real estate and banking downturn. Bill has experienced
both the ups and
downs of a volatile real estate market. He has the knowledge and
experience to know how important it is to have qualified, professional,
educated people in our field, working towards the same goals of
giving a complete, accurate, detailed analysis of real estate.
He believes
in making people better at understanding our profession,
what we do, how we do it and delivering a product
that explains our opinion, accurately and with “Integrity”
while
utilizing up-to-date data.
Bill’s
real estate appraising strength and professional expertise is
in the area of Residential
Real Estate
and residential marketing. Bill’s resume dates back to
the days of Vietnam. He is a veteran who served seven
successful years in the United States Marine Corps and was discharged
as a Sergeant
E-5 in 1970. At an early
age, Bill understood what integrity
and leadership meant. He leaned how to lead by example and perception.
After leaving the armed forces, Bill went on to become a
very
successful Regional
Sales Manager after being a store manager and district
manager for the third largest retail company in the U.S. His
duties included
overseeing over 400 stores and their employees on the east coast
of the U.S. His success was directly related to helping people
become better everyday at what they do. In
later years Bill also successfully owned and operated several
hotels in the resort
area of Naples, Florida.
In
1985, Bill started his professional career
in residential
real estate appraisals.
Bill continues to educate
himself and others about today’s changing real estate
market. It was later in life when Bill decided it was time
for a college
education. He sold his hotels and went to college and received
an Associates degree in Business Management. His degree,
he proudly says, was presented to him by Jebb Bush, the
then governor of the state of Florida.
Today,
Bill continues his professional education in the field of residential
real estate
appraising with Integrity
Appraisal in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Bill considers the finer things in life to be his marriage
of 43
years (yes, to
the same woman) to his wonderful wife Patty. Bill
has two children and two grandchildren (his passion). He enjoys
riding
his BMW
1200LT motorcycle in the Blue Ridge Mountains whenever
possible. The most recent joint venture in life is to apply his
vast
professional residential real estate experience with the
professionals at Integrity
Appraisal.
